Kelly is seriously the sweetest woman I’ve ever met! ❤️ When I first visited her mattress boutique, I was greeted by the amazing Keith, who was so kind and helpful. I told him I had come in specifically to meet Kelly and purchase a pillow, and he immediately called her. She told him exactly what to show me, and he took photos of me on the different beds with different pillows so we could find the right fit. Since I broke my neck in five places more than 20 years ago, having a really good-quality pillow means EVERYTHING to me. I have spent literally years searching for that perfect pillow—and Kelly finally had it! I couldn’t be more grateful. I no longer wake up with numbness running down my arms or those awful kinks in my neck. This pillow has genuinely made such a difference, and it is WORTH EVERY PENNY! As a licensed massage therapist, I work with people who deal with pain and discomfort every day. Because of how much this pillow has helped me personally, I’m now sending ALL of my clients Kelly’s way. That’s how strongly I believe in her products and what she does! And now… the mattress topper is next! We have an almost 6-year-old Sleep Number mattress. When we first got it, I absolutely LOVED it. But over the past couple of years, something has definitely changed, and I’ve become convinced that the support just isn’t what it used to be. I actually proved that to myself recently when I slept at a hotel and had an AMAZING night’s sleep. I woke up feeling so much better than I normally do at home. That’s when I knew it was time to figure out what was going on with our mattress. But instead of trying to sell me an entirely new mattress, Kelly suggested I try a mattress topper first. After having such an incredible experience with my pillow, I cannot WAIT to go back and see what the topper does for our bed! My wife and I purchased a sleep system 2 weeks ago, and it was delivered to our home on Saturday. The delivery was FLAWLESS, and they even set up the adjustable base for us. AND - when we forgot to bring the sheets with us on the day that we purchased them, Kelly personally drove to our location to drop the sheets off. 10/10 service!! We normally get up around 7:00-8:00 AM on the weekends - but we stayed in bed until almost NOON on Sunday! We haven’t slept that well in months. The experience at Adjust Your Sleep is far beyond anything you’d ever expect from a “typical” mattress store. It is truly a personalize consultation to find out your needs, select a mattress that fits you (and your partner, if appropriate). I’m not sure words can describe how much effort Kelly puts into this meeting. She got to know us, spent so much time helping us find the right mattress (even when we thought there was no hope that we’d find one that both of us found comfortable.) She goes above and beyond in every way possible! We are so excited to get our new mattress. I’m 100% confident that we are going to love it (and our pillows :) as much as we did our experience at the store. Every single detail about this experience was 5 star, from the moment I stepped foot in AYS until the minute the bed was delivered and beyond. Think of AYS as a boutique and now contrast that with the experience of shopping at big name mattress warehouse where a hungry sales person follows you around like a puppy dog. Kelly not only customizes your mattress but also your experience. I step foot in Kelly’s store and it immediately felt as though I was at my friend’s house. I was greeted with warmth, made a yogurt parfait and fruit infused water and we chatted for a good 30 min about what I was looking for. Once Kelly had a grasp on that, she took me directly to a mattress that immediately felt right (no more Goldilocks). Instead of sealing the deal right there (which she probably could have!), she put on meditation music, covered me in a blanket, adjusted the mattress for comfort and let me lie there for a good 25/30 min to ensure the mattress really felt right (spoiler: it did!). She didn’t force anything, but helped me with some upgrades and even offered the ability to finance, which helped! She communicated throughout the process and set expectations about delivery day and time clearly. Her delivery team was super professional, on time, and even removed my old mattress! After delivery, Kelly kept in touch to ensure I was adjusting and even offered to come over and help with my settings for max comfort. When I had an issue with comfort, Kelly spring to action to resolve. I can’t say enough good things about my experience… and the best part is that the price is comparable (and may even be less) than the big mattress stores, depending on what you go with. From the moment we met her, she took the time to truly listen to our concerns and understand our individual needs. I struggle with neuropathy, and my husband has ongoing shoulder issues, so finding the right mattress was not a simple decision. Kelly was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. She carefully explained our options, answered every question, and helped us find the best solution for both of us. Her expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference.
